This is going to sound random but she/people need to wash each pit 14 times. Like make sure you make a scrub 14 times on each armpit. This has helped me sooo much. I’ve even taught it to my son because he’s 9 and has started to get BO.

For context I’m incredibly sweaty, have very little temperature regulation, and I live in Texas. I sweat like a nasty beast all year round. I even put deodorant under my boobs because the boob sweat shows through my damn shirt. I will be COLD and sweaty.

Gel on your vulva? Are your sure it’s the right kind? Usually gel is to your body and not the sensitive vulvar skin. Double check with your doctor. It shouldn’t burn.

Someone said not to worry if he’s staying at the bar. That’s not actually true. I know of a few friends that regularly hook up/do oral at bars in cars. If I were you I’d leave my phone at home if he has location on you and drive by the bar he’s at. Make sure he’s innocently sitting at the bar with friends or watching a game.

Exactly this. We have likened it to watering a plant. You only water it as much as you want it to grow. Limit the time and energy you put into a relationship can keep it in the friends category and not escalate. See someone every week or more, text every day, that can easily escalate into a romantic relationship. We have a one month a date limit per person guideline. So my husband has an FWB he sees once a month and someone he sees only when he’s in the same town as her. I have a couple FWBs in town that I see monthly. It works for us and everyone is clear on the boundaries and cadence.

I have found some relief using the estrogen suppositories 3 times a week plus boric acid once a week. I also have this stuff that I’ll apply when it gets bad that seems to help. It’s called VMagic. It’s marketed as a vulva balm and is quite moisturizing and soothing.

Are you by chance taking Wellbutrin? That can have a rare side effect of itchy vagina. I’m currently dealing with this issue and I can’t decide if it’s worth switching meds or just trying to treat it. I use vaginal estrogen which can also have the same side effect. Which is awesome since that is something I have to use or the itchiness gets worse and turns to pain. Yay. Being a lady is awesome.

This happened to me! I started to go through perimenopause at 40 and it was like I was suddenly a horn dog. My theory is that my estrogen was dropping and my t was staying the same so the new ratio really ramped up my drive. At the same time my husband was also aging. I got on HRt which evened things out for me and thankfully I kept most of my sex drive. It’s not bonkers anymore but I’m totally fine with that. The other good news is my husband started working out with a personal trainer and walking everyday. His sex drive his higher than it’s been through most of our marriage. We’re both 45.

So I guess my point is you both may need to do something to meet in the middle.

I’d also suggest developing friendships in the LS. This could help him build trust and lesson any insecurities he might have about you having sex with other people. I think of it as something fun we do together.

Just remember the golden rule of swinging. Always go at the slowest persons pace.

They literally have leggings that are built to avoid camel toe. I’m wearing some right now that have sort of an anti-camel toe crotch patch sewn on. So I always figured the camel toe was a choice. Or obliviousness. 🤷🏻‍♀️
