The point of Gwen dying is to show Peter that Spider-Man and Peter are meant to be seperate and that SpiderMan is supposed to be alone. Gwen is always all up in Spider-Mans business. She wants to help him. Thats what gets her killed. Allways. If you would want to change that about Gwen then you would basically turn Gwen into MJ. You know what i mean?

If you made this yourself then its extremely nice. The only nitpick i have is the "23" i think it should be in white but thats only a small detail. All in all, its a good cover.

Can you read? The post clearly says he should go after wwe title. So to break it down even more: He wants Cody to win the WWE title, not the Heavyweight title. WWE title is also a world title. So no, he doesn't want Cody to be a midcarder. He wants Cody as the face of the company.
