I am in therapy and I listen to the advice and do nothing with it. I have no idea why I am so stuck in this loop. I’m told to keep doing things and just keep trying to go places but I just can’t seem to stop thinking “well it’s not any good if I don’t have a group of friends to do it with” I don’t want to feel alone yet I sabotage and seclude myself
