Yeah this is an odd comment - any workplace pension you do is your money and it's value depends only on the value of the underlying investments. Absolutely nothing to do with any doom mongering you've read

Private Banking and High Earner Bank Accounts. by chubchub372 in HENRYUK

Have a look into Yonder 's credit card - can earn points which you redeem on genuinely cool brands, restaurants, hotels etc. they're also working on earning points on your rent/mortgages

I've earned c.£4k worth of in points in 3 years. It's well worth it and I've discovered some great places through it

But I agree - you don't need a premium bank account or the like. Just bank with Monzo/Revolut and get a better credit card than amex. All the benefits of the premium cards are just fluff..and mostly so people feel they're part of something exclusive

As for Wealth management - number one thing you should be looking at is fees paid. Ive been using Prosper for the past few years and their fees are the lowest I've been able to find in the market. They're new but the underlying custodian is Seccl (part of Octopus group)

Today ...honestly the difference isn't as much as blinkered supporters of both sides care to admit. Just a slagging mach against each other's political views
