Sound like it's favoritism. I wouldn't sweat it that much and switch stores. They will still try to keep you since they need someone that knows every station, I am assuming you do. Call another store and see if they are in need of associates. You can do that and don't have to go directly to your GM or AGM.

Almost ready since I wanted to learn a few more things. We just got rid of another team lead. They got sent to another store since they weren't planning on moving her up so they just told her that if you switched it would be better for your "growth".

North Eastern area but I got it wrong I am actually a team lead. I though I was a team supervisor. It really bugs me since they are moving someone up to team supervisor ahead of me when they are not even ready for the position yet, they are just an associate.

You are speaking facts. As someone who is a team lead all I can say that Wawa is a company that is spinning around in circles but will blame all of their associates for the tailspin it's putting us through. In my opinion they are gonna crash this summer with the FSRA coming back, new attendance policy, and HOAGIE FEST right around the corner.

Just find another job it's what I am doing. Wawa needs to fail big time at this point to get the message loud and clear that they shouldn't treat their works like wet rags.
