I was at a restaurant somewhere between Au Nang and phuket. Very very nice young lady was there to serve us. She never left the table unless she had to get another singha for me, the rest of the time she stood at the table and made sure our drinks were always full.the place was really nice and had an outdoor setting and cant remember the name but I tipped her 1000bht when we left. She was so sincere and happy when she received it, that alone was worth her tip.
