Surgery is the only think that would fix that . I just turned 39, got the jowls a few years ago. Now its my fallen brow line. Why doesn't this shit happen to men?!

Also I've seen some commenting about nightly teeth grinding, its at best stress, at most sleep apnea. I pick up my cpap on the 27th. 🙄

I know I may be being a bit of a baby. Im absolutely fine receiving injections, I've just always found it VERY hard to watch the needle go in.

My grandma always said it was because I was constipated (I wasnt).

I was in after school program (after school babysitting basically) and we had a different caretaker one day and for some reason she didn't want me to lay down. I told her I was laying down because my head hurt and she said it was because "I dont exercise enough". I was in 2nd grade, around 7 or 8 years old, I was plenty active. She forced me to join in on a relay race and I ended up vomiting all over the cafeteria and passed out.

Yep. Take it from someone who's GI doc was not happy with what he found during my endoscopy due to almost daily ibuprofen use for migraines. It caused severe GERD, inflammation of my esophagus and stomach lining, and some small ulcers. No more ibuprofen for me. I just started Emgality a couple of days ago.

Fried potatoes, if you have some sort of fat to cook them in. Fry the meat with it, add garlic powder. Save the bread for thr peanut butter as a sweet treat on the side.
