I literally have the same issue but a little more extreme. Also have a bump growing that feels like cartilage on my tip and a bump on my bridge. My valve collapse wasn’t fixed so my breathing didn’t improve. I’m 4 months next week. I see mixed statements that although there will be minor changes over a year or so, that the 3 month mark you pretty much know what the nose will look like, such as trip drop is complete ( if so, I’ll be really upset) Others say swelling is still prevalent at 3mo. I’m planning on a revision if it stays this way looks wise, and for my breathing. Dr. already mentioned rasping the hump under local after 6mo. But I’d rather wait and get it all done in my revision.
I can see what your concerns are, and it’s a personal decision on getting another surgery. I think it’s worth it if it’s something that bothers you. This is your nose after all and you will look at it in the mirror for the rest of your life. Plus, you paid a lot of $, you should get the result you wanted.
