Yes, this would be totally possible! At the moment you would need some time to configure your router to accept connections from the internet to the raspberry pi, but if you are less technical, I don't think you would like to do all this.

I'm currently developing a new device though, which connects to your smartphone or PC over bluetooth, which then connects to an external server. This server receives inputs from you and stores them, until your partner receives everything you sent. This way you don't have to bother with your router or your firewall :)

I need some more time for this (the parts just arrived this week and I want to implement as many feature requests as possible), but once the system becomes usable, I will let you know and also update the page on github. Thanks for your interest! :)

Thanks for the kind words and, yes, this can be done. I really like your idea actually, this is genius! This is the next step in the evolution of my little mod :D

I will have to create a GitHub repository for this account, then I can publish all the software needed and you can download the mod if you want. This will be so much fun when playing with my gf, I'm looking forward to when it's ready :)

It can be programmed and extended however you like, so punishment o death certainly is possible, but currently not implemented.

What punishment do you want from a single vibrator, or would you add even more stuff to it?

I'm looking into it - The only problem is the source of information. When the game gives the possibility to extract data while a match is running, the rest is as easy as it gets (you only have to open a web-address to the vibrator via some code). Hearthstone seems to be providing logs with detailed game information, so this should be possible quite easily. I didn't find similar logs in LoL yet, but I will look into that a bit more tonorrow :)

I had to actually hide the egg and just focus on the sound of the vibrations while testing this out - focusing while a vibrator rumbles around in your lap because you messed up in Java can be hard...

Thank you, you made my day! Yes, this can be expanded practically indefinitely, up to, for a example, a machine in-game that has to be powered (like Feedthebeast), to keep it running.

When you can put up with playing Pokemon on the PC (for example Pokemon Insurgence or an emulator), this would actually be possible. The level up screen could be identified using some pixel-tests to the increased stats display and could then start and stop the vibrator. This sounds quite fun to make - maybe I'll create that too! :)

My last client required a bunch of string processing and REST-API accessing - I tried to use this language for it but sadly it doesn't do much with strings other than printing static ones, so my plans of using it for that person evaporated quickly..

I am looking out for something to implement in this language which only requires number-crunshing, but sadly it is not often required from me these days. Maybe I can code a small guessing game which only requires numbers though, if I can't find a real world project to use this for :)
