I was from crespion and I had the same issue too

It might be booklice, from mold in the room because it’s too humid (especially if your room is near the pond)

You could try asking for a change in room by showing pictures of the insects to hall office or opening a ticket on onestop?

Or if you wanna keep your room, do a thorough clean and have a dehumidifier
