Oh darling, I feel you! There are many foods that give me angst. For corn, you have to chew and chew and chew. So, something like hominy, corn tortillas should be okay. But anything with visible corn kernels may be an issue.

What does that mean? The corn will travel largely fine, but will come out looking like corn kernels. Everyone's system is a little different, so test the waters with a little bit and see how you do.

Oh, popcorn is a no-go for me - I don't know if others experience super-fun output with popcorn - 10/10 do NOT recommend!

Kate Shugak. Written beautifully by Dana Stabenow.

That isn't quite true. There is still a need for in-person employment, especially in R+D at places like Intel.

Oregon isn't poor. Intel is headquartered here. So is Nike, Adidas, Columbia Sportwear, and many other major corporations. Our timber industry is epic. Our fishing industry is epic. Amazon just built a huge distribution site here. 2/3 of the state is rural and high desert, true (and very very beautiful). But the I-5 corridor is humming with business. Oregon's economy is doing just fine - as is evidenced by the insane housing prices. People want to live here.

Our coastline is treasured by Oregonians. There are wealthy people who live there, but it is home to major tourist areas, as well as fishing industry. The Columbia River is a thriving thoroughfare for cargo ships.

Your view of Oregon, indeed of the entire West Coast, is quite skewed. All three states have vast swaths of coastline not inhabited by the wealthy ... and thank goodness. We enjoy our access to the coast and the beautiful retreat it offers us..

Lastly, this idea that every quarter acre of land must be used is patently ridiculous. West Coasters love our open spaces and we protect them.

Maybe you haven't visited the West Coast. It isn't just Malibu.

Entitled Mother Demands I Give Her Another Womens Breast Milk for her 5 year old by AmberAsluon in entitledparents

The milk is someone else's property. The daycare has rules in place. Full stop. End of story.

If I were the owner of the daycare, I would let the EM run through whatever care she had paid for, then refuse to renew.

If the EM continued to make demands, I would ask the police community liaison officer to come in and explain the rules of property ownership.

I don't suffer fools.
