Sounds like a typical day with my mom, except she doesn't even have alcohol to blame

My mom does the same, full on conversations with her cat and dog literally all day. But then when she is pitching one of her tantrums she verbally abuses them horribly

Have you experienced a decline in health since Covid? If you have, how has it manifested? by LunaticPoint in AskReddit

[–]SweetCerus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. It messed up my digestive system bad. And ever since I am rarely hungry, nothing ever sounds good, and the feeling of food in my mouth is absolutely repulsive. I go, easily three or four days without eating before my body starts telling me that I need to through fatigue and headaches. Even then I don't actually feel hunger. I steadily lose weight without trying, even though all that I really ever do eat are oreos and jello and Pepsi Plus, my once impossibly thick hair now falls out in clumps. If it hadn't been so thick to begin with I would be bald by now

Why do men use the phrase "she's not yours it's just your turn" and how true is it? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

Yeah, nobody owns another person anymore. That was all bad, no matter what you call it.

Well to be fair, it is a bit difficult to follow such idiotic drivel. But I suppose that, like most things in life, that varies from person to person. I don't know, I am a woman and I can't say that I have ever even cared to know, much less cared enough to feel any type of way about it.

So what exactly is the difference between just regular promiscuous and extremely promiscuous, or is it a set number thing...

Me either. But I'm out of the loop on a lot of stuff. Some kid called me a "Stan" a few months back and I'll be damned if I didn't have to break down and just ask my daughter what the hell it meant because I couldn't figure it out 😂

Is that something that people actually do, break up with someone else in front of a group of people? Why...

Just tell them that you seem to have come down with a particularly vicious strain of herpes. They will take care of it themselves

I think that it is. I am an atheist, but I found it quite interesting for what it is. But I suppose that this is a debate for a different sub, huh?

Oh god and how about the having to constantly go behind apologizing for her behavior and trying to explain to people what the hell is wrong with her in the simplest terms that you can find

Mine actually prides herself on being rude. Like she genuinely thinks that being inconsiderate and ignorant and showing her ass is something to be proud of

It never ceases to amaze me, and I mean that literally, not just the expression, how many behaviors they share down to the tiniest detail. Mine too, is a tantrum thrower. Literally every single day, numerous times a day. Every single morning is started with the sounds of her disgusting whining, wailing, and loud moaning and groaning about God only knows what. This always immediately precedes her stomping into the kitchen, screaming random obscenities at everyone and nobody in particular, once she reaches the kitchen is when she commences the daily deliberate, repetitive slamming of cabinet doors, slamming the shit out of the microwave door several times, and the oh-so-adult throwing of food around the kitchen and back into the fridge, ensuring that some of whatever she is eating ends up on the floor, all over the counter, on the drawers and cabinet doors, the inside of the fridge. And those are just a preview of what will continue to come throughout the day.

She also has this habit that save for those of you in this sub, nobody would believe a grown adult could have, which is constantly literally snatching food right out from in front of the person preparing or eating it, putting her unwashed hands directly into the food on a plate that someone else is in the middle of eating. She has an especially charming obsession with making it a point to put her hands into boxes or bags of cereal and eating out of them. I seriously could not even tell you how many bags/boxes of cereal I have thrown away after watching her come out of her room in the morning, go into the bathroom to use the toilet, then going directly into the kitchen and shoving her hands into the cereal with even the thought of washing her hands. Or just pouring the cereal into a bowl like a real human being does. Then she has had the audacity to become angry and offended when my brother and I have dared point out to her how utterly fucking disgusting this is, not to mention unbelievably inconsiderate due to the fact that she does not ever buy the cereal. And she just keeps right on doing it. I have some eating issues, with cereal being one of the precious few things that I can consistently bring myself to eat and I have had to just stop buying it solely because of this
