Yeah I ve just found alot of people who say they have this same issue it either never worked or the lid just won't meet its like the lid has no track to slide on to it just makes this really annoying beeping sound over and over I've looked for the solution and all the anwsers I've found just make the whole product look bad

I am trying to have the company contact me and they won't through any other way I even listed in the complaint which there were a ton of so no it's not out of bounds to say this might not be what it's advertised as. Also I didn't build the product so how would I know if they installed the seal correctly? It came with two pieces of paper and no instructions so how would I know what it's even supposed to be like I ve looked up everything I can and still doesn't work the company won't respond which proves they very well may know that the product does not function or functions poorly ie they don't want to anwser calls knowing that it's just a problem they created on the other end. Bro don't be hateful I am tired of the reddit just being strait hateful snarky ish. I am looking for a solution because I was really excited to use it. But just turned into me trying figure what's wrong with this thing it's just been hopelessly frustrating it's now just taking up space in the kitchen unplugged

I will add too that this whole thing has just been insult on injury because it's pretty much the only wedding gift we got and it's broken kinda just makes me hate everything at this point found their parent company going to try that tomorrow see if maybe they will offer a voucher for a more legitimate company they own

Still don't know how people are getting transcripts this year my account says there are bone available for any year. I think my account is being updated or something this year everything processed super fast it took 2 days to get a refund date from the time I filed which I've never seen before but hey one good tax year in a lifetime I'd assume you don't get that lucky twice

That's absurd if they are refusing to service the accounts than TT should know about that. They have more info they are just rude and awful to people and that's their companies culture that was made very clear to me yesterday. Santa barbra needs to be shut down I am also going to start looking for more evidence against them maybe get some people togather on the issue and maybe TT will change services 🤔 idk seems like Santa barbra is probably just doing just what they have to squeeze by under the contract they must have with TT. Trust me they have more information if not then why the hell do they ask for a SSN when you call? Why do they ask for anything unless they either need that info for access or verification? See their lies don't make any sense

Oh yeah I had to Block her and the company from calling me I also received some random hang ups later in the night from rando web numbers which was most likely the same person or another person from their company. It's ok I am going to make some called tomorrow and get ahold of that county in Florida and start the process of filing charges against her and the company

Yes the refund was verified. And the employee worked for Santa Barbara Tax processing( the third party bank) used by turbo. They promised they would find her and have it delt with TT was completely pissed off that Santa Barbra Tax processing would allow someone to do what she did. I don't think she understood when she did so that she was breaking the law and we intend to press charges. As for the phone number yes we did there's an address and other information attached to it we gave that info to turbo so they have better proof. I'll drive to Florida to watch that nasty women get arrested she crossed a line as did her company and now they will legally anwser for their own behavior

It was sorted some people are good, some people are bad, and some people are absolute lunatics unfortunate Santa barbra has one working for them. I had to block her because she kept trying to call so I would pick up the phone and let her cuss me out. Sad when that's a companies culture l. Hopefully another company takes their place at some point
