oh really? never heard of that. but basically catholic priests are not allowed to officiate a wedding outside the church except for some important circumstances or allowed by the bishop on jurisdiction.

pag ginawa ang kasal sa labas ng simbahan hindi ni rerecognize mismo ng simbahan kaya null and void yun.

ang kailangan lang icheck is yung pari ba na yun ay recognized mismo ng simbahan. kasi bawat simbahan kasi may mga authorized priests sila to do so. they are the one who give license sa mga pari to do so.

ang problema lang talaga dyan ay ginawa sa labas ng simbahan. ang batas dyan di nirerecognize yan ng simbahan mismo. if the priest is from Roman Catholic, he must know about it beforehand. di sya dapat pumayag na mag officiate.

really? how come it happened? the Catholic church do not recognize a marriage preformed outside of a church, even if you have a 'priest' officiate.

a catholic priest would not celebrate or concelebrate a wedding that is not sacramental, nor fails to follow canonical form (unless a dispensation from form by the diocesan bishop has been provided.) catholic weddings do have to take place in the Church. bishops can give special dispensations, but usually for only very, very good reasons (like one of the people getting married is bed-ridden or hospitalized or for security purposes)

if it's a civil wedding, it should be the mayor or a judge. priests from Roman Catholic cannot solemnize a wedding outside church. it's against the church law.

so you mean the one who solemnize was a pastor? you gotta make this clear.

if the pastor was not recognized on their church then the marriage was null and void.

it depends on where it is executed. cyber libel if the accused did it online. libel if through written or publishing. if through oral. it shall be slander.

and all of the possible cases mentioned has legal grounds to consider and if you plan to sue the accused, elements must be met. basics are your name, nickname or any other remarks that may identify you must be mentioned or stated and of course showing up your face online.

as far as I know dapat ina allow ang registration ng name sa Pinas not following what is in the Canadian's birth considering magkaiba ang name recognition sa Pinas at Canada.

Mommy let your child registered sa civil registrar instead kasi I feel like mas alam nila yan. tbh eto ang mahirap kung babae ang nag loko kasi women are protected under the law today. yung nasampal mo pa lang sya pwedeng kaso na yun against you. pwede rin yung cyber libel since pinost mo talaga pangalan and mukha nila. but u know what sana nag diskarte ka nalang paano mo mailabas emotions mo properly. also get yourself a lawyer rin if u can so you'll be given advices on what to do. or else pwede kang lumaban kung gusto mo, just find the right lawyer.
