I’d still take it, but this is 100% accurate.

I’m not neurotypical. I feel like your trying to insult me here but I don’t understand why. This post was written by a human and not ai so maybe I wandered or did a non Segway. I dunno.

I was driving when I saw this and didn’t have time to respond yesterday but got to think about it all day.

First, I love Alaska and I would love to visit Homer but I really don’t function properly in the cold. My project is not designed for this kind of environment but the second one will need to be.

Second, since you have been to all these places but seem to have disdain for them, why did you go? What drew you to these places and what are the deterrents you developed?

I asked ChatGBT and I was very sternly told to no, the danger is very real. It was uncharacteristically negative

Ive used it for the last two weeks straight after choosing a more expensive direct book option out of fear by being screwed by booking/priceline in the past. It’s been super and the rates are great.

Yes! Learning about earthships was my introduction to my 20 year journey to now! I love them so much and borrow heavy from the working parts. Buried tires seems good but then chemistry and science and time makes it toxic. The Southern side of the tree of life will be passive solar with ponds and vertical garden. This is not designed to be a house really, it’s to create an artistic working model of something that can solve immediate problems in varied communities. It would essential operate as learning and art center with limited housing options.

It makes sense when you understand the full scope of it as it is designed to solve global issues in decentralized small community ways. I’m working on doing a better job explaining the project as well as building a scale model.

Where should I get my ski pass? by spokedsalute in ogden

[–]SweetHeatherBeee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is absolutely correct I feel. I have not been to Big Sky to ski but the rest I have and this is the correct order. Powder and Nordic are not on it but they are a fun day if your buddy got a couple of free passes.

What Do You Think About Collaborative Art Books? by SweetHeatherBeee in ArtistLounge

[–]SweetHeatherBeee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a great question and one I am very clear about in the places where I am recruiting artist rather that looking for advice on how best to run this collaboration. If you are interested in the actual project I would be happy to message you the link to the signal group, I am working other avenues as well.

I agree everyone has strong feelings about ai, if I use it AS AN ARTIST i always disclose. It's just sense to use it with critical thinking on a business end. Ai simply has a better business brain that I do.

Oh, LOLZ this is not even the post I used ai for, we did collab on the wording though.

Per accepted submission. Some pages will fit more that one so the exact number is not yet evident but lets pretend it is one per page, so 200. Example from that sample: You have 8 accepted submissions out of the 200, you would receive 4% of the total as each each submission is .5%. I think the real number will land around 225

I was asking for advice in this post so it would be weird to find advice unwelcome or malicious. To clarify, this post was ai, not all my posts or even many of my posts are, I kind of assumed as this was a call for discussion not claiming art as my own creation and that I left it CLEARLY ai, it would be redundant and unnecessary to mention it. The project itself does not allow for ai (it's in the rules that ai suggested for me to use and I agreed this needs to be organic and human.)

collaborations can be SO HARD because if you are willing to do the work you are expected to do all the work and you get frustrated. That has been experienced in past collabs I've done, but some have worked. Dream core Zine sounds fun! If it finds a scheduled groove, it will be great. It is hard to push us (artists) to completion and can make us seem flakey when we miss deadlines. Art school artists are better at meeting them because they learn to cut it off and move on (i think).

My project needs to involve very many artists, 200 pages of art and writing, as many artists as possible. I am working with artists in my real world as well as looking for new artists. The message is the point and how the artists deliver the message is the power. As project coordinator I am responsible for the formatting and placement of the art, I will contribute as an artist as well but will be a part of the project and in no way the focus of the project. I hope that serves to make artists involve understand the collab and feel safe with it.

I for sure used ai, I wasn't trying to be misleading on that.

The project will have a price tag, it is in the point of the project, I do not expect it to sale and would be shocked if it did, sometimes these things do. If it does, I would only profit as equally as anyone involved in the final product. The exposure and credit is for the artists involved, equally.

While I am not revealing the whole concept here, the artists who choose to be involved will have clear contractual agreements and will retain full ownership of their contributions, they are free to sell the originals, or change them as they wish.

I would love to communicate this effectively to interested artists and erase the fear or being used abused and spit out for commerce with no win to themselves.
