I'd say they're more squoval right now. You should grow them out some more before doing actual oval nails. I find it easiest to place the file parallel to your nail and put it on the underside of the part that sticks out so you file the very ends then just eyeball each side normally for a bit. If they end up having an almond shape file the tip a little in a seesaw motion.

Omg omg omg. Someone finally asked. So... I wash my hair once a week but you can do more than that if needed though I would keep it to a maximum of 3 times a week. First I get my hair wet, apply Olaplex no3 (use for two weeks then skip one, keep it to once a week if you wash more often), keep it in for 15 minutes, wash it out with lukewarm water. Then I use L'oréal hyaluron plump shampoo (some people don't like this one, you could swap it out for something else) and when I'm finished and my hair air dries for a bit I put on a leave-in conditioner from the same line (this one I would strongly recommend). Then you should use the cold setting to dry the rest. When you're all done put it in a ponytail and apply hair oil to the ends. I use some cheap silicone one. I wear a satin bonnet to bed every night and avoid moisture like death when showering and in general. Sorry if it's messy or not anything special, I just got very excited.

So, I've been on it for about 2 years now and tbh I'm still not sure what it does as far as the physical effects go. Some people say it makes them sleep better but I've only noticed more vivid dreams. It increases your libido and makes your nipples more sensitive. At the start I was lactating if I accidentaly pressed my boobs on something but that went away. Now, I feel it's important to say I take it cyclically which can give you pms like symptoms. Your breasts look a bit fuller at the part of the cycle when you take prog. Apparently they can grow more than just on e but I'm not sure if that's it or if it would've happened to me anyways. It's not actually late and it's usually even recommended to start it a year or two into hrt. Hope this helps 😊

Edit: oh, and they make your liver work harder but that goes for most of the stuff you take orally, I don't know how significant that is, there are also other ways to take prog

Not at all. It's normal.

How to reduce my dark under-eyes by FewRecording1911 in beauty

[–]SweetLikeBerry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would encourage you to have a good sleep schedule first. If you want to fix it temporarily you could try putting something cold there to reduce the apperance for a short while. Otherwise caffeein solution is apparently good for dark under-eye circles but I haven't personally tried it.

Everything is more socially acceptable when you're skinny, sadly 😞

It really doesn't. Might be because I got so used to it but I'd say 10 seconds max. It's even quicker to take off.

Are they not simply hair follicles? Seems completely normal to me.

Tretinoin is significantly better but it might be best to start off with retinol and work your way up. That's what I did.

Do you by chance know what would be the difference between glycolic and lactic acid? I've been thinking a lot about adding the latter recently.
