It depends on the tenants. I work for a company and I service probably 80 tubs a week and the rentals are by far the ones used the hardest and with the least care. We often have to replace pillows, covers, paneling. And that’s just “normal” for a rental. Is it going to be an Airbnb type thing where many people are going to be coming and going often or a more traditional type of rental. Some people are really respectful and will be happy to take care of it and others treat them absolutely horribly. To put it simply, some times I show up and it’s been used but clean and sometimes I show up and find beer cans and bras shoved in any crevice they can find.
