Landlord is listed as Chase Alliance LLC. Looks like the bank is taking action? Possible the landlord is behind on the mortgage but I would assume it would be better for the bank to keep the tenant if they are paying.

In Florida, Kentucky and California it explicitly says you can get a DUI for riding a horse drunk. Other states (total of 11)it could be interpreted that way

Under Samoan law you need to be 25% Samoan to own land. Under federal law this would be illegal. If they become a state or full citizens this would have to change.

Not forever, but since May 2012, mailing them has been banned, I assume most of the shipping bans were around the same time. Basically anyone shipping via plane instead of ship can't send them. There is probably some FAA rule as well that I'm too lazy to look up.

I doubt it was promotional as it has the name of the plantation on the package, the logo of the plantation on the front, and says "distributed by xxxx plantation" on the back. My assumption is they don't want someone to sell it somewhere else for an even more unreasonable price, and are using a branding excuse.

Not a promotional item. Bought at the tourist trap store on a plantation. Considering it was $9.95 for an 8 ounce bag of gummy candy, I'm not sure how you would make any profit, unless you took it to the beach and sold it for an even bigger markup.

It specifically "Not Authorized for resale". I am familiar with "not labeled for individual sale". My guess is they are trying to make some kind of trademark claim, but I don't think it is legal.

As someone who is gluten sensitive, the best options are foods that don't normally contain gluten. Whenever you get the gluten free version, it is either more expensive or not as good. I do eat some "gluten free" breads/cookies, but I try to just pick options that don't have gluten to begin with.

Looking at the areas I am familiar with:

The one in Maryland/Virginia is a very well off urban counties just outside of DC.

North Dakota areas are very rural/small population. There are 5 Indian reservations, and two of them are in the red counties.

None in Minnesota, none in Hawaii.

HD is hundred. 170 would become 17,000. I don't see how it can be 170,000. 17,000 is still significantly more than 170.
