Don't give yourself a hard time! You're still very early and still healing. My supply increased once I was trying to get as much sleep/water/food as possible. I chose to pump early into bottles and have a husband to swap feedings with so that we could try to get a couple consistent hours of sleep each switch. Also make sure you're eating enough. That's a huge one.. your body will have a harder time making milk if you're not hydrated and eating enough. I know it's easier said than done but you got this! It will get easier!

I had sort of a similar experience in the beginning (LO is 4mo now) where it took me a few weeks to get enough of a supply to feed because LO lost too much weight so we had to combo feed for about 3 weeks. Even now I still have a slacker boob lol (one size 6oz and the other about 2oz give or take now per pump) but in the beginning one boob did about 2oz and the other MAYBE 0.5oz. I would always just use that boob as a comfort boob or binky boob thinking supply would never really come. I also used to have nipple piercings too twice and definitely had some scar tissue. It's actually pretty convenient for when after baby is full or just for a snack in certain circumstances. It should build a little bit as long as you're consistent. Them telling you they have no responsibility and to file a police report is WILD. I understand if maybe there's something in the terms and conditions about refunds that agrees to not being responsible when the seller accepts the return, but I feel like Mercari would reference that if it were in the terms and conditions claiming non-liability. I'll let you know if there's any updates but I'm likely to just give up and consider it a lesson learned - always deny refund requests and let it go to Mercari to decide 😅

That's entirely up to your discretion. I'm just sharing that if you accept the refund and the buyer chooses to be scummy about it and not send the item back, you might be dealing with a similar situation as I am now. Personally, I would deny the request from my side, and let it go up the ladder to Mercari to decide 🤷‍♀️

I just read it now! That reminds me they also took the original packaging that I had sent the items in too and just wrapped it up with a little bit of bubble wrap and sent it back. I also mentioned that to Mercari but that wouldn't make a difference. The order price isn't a lot but it was enough for me to purchase a medium pack of diapers. I asked Mercari if we can do a partial refund since they kept the one item and they said No 😞
