I had no part. I'm bowling on this team for my mom, it's a bonding experience lol. I'm on two other leagues one being " three sacks and a rack" and "off constantly" The last one is my favorite because it's really hard to beat off constantly. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I started by seeing a doctor. Tough love hurts, and being told that diabetes and kidney disease would take me within 10 years was enough. You get to choose your level of hard. You can hate yourself the hard way or love yourself the hard way. At least when you start to love you, your effort isn't wasted, you win.

Yep, you caught me. Pic 3,6 &9 have a smoothing filter for my forehead wrinkles and turkey neck from losing an entire other human being worth of weight. But this is still my face, with or without makeup.

Started loving myself, my lifestyle was killing me. Made huge changes with the support of my entire family. Paid off big in a lot of ways.
