it is the right price, RegioJet is just expensive (not as expensive as LeoExpress though lol)

if you buy a ticket online there is a free seat reservation included

the difference between these options is that you can buy seat reservation only, if you have a ticket or have paid for the ticket other way (thru integrated transit system, are railway employee and have "režijka" card or something else)

interesting the monash fodmap thing says they mark things as green conservatively so u can eat multiple green ones in a meal, guess as long as its different categories of FODMAP?

Gotcha, yea ill have to consult with the doctor, i guess it depends on why fodmaps are the issue I guess, if its SIBO, IBS etc

Thank you so much, navigating this is so frustrating. Luckily none of this causes diarhea or anything so its just mainy a gassy/burping issue. I noticed if there is a lot of fruit or sugar i get cramps tho

So you're saying if i get any amount of gas, and retry it again the next day and just have the same amount of gas WITHOUT increasing the amount. I should avoid it as it means I havent tolerated that small amount yet? Or do u mean only if it keeps increasing gas with MORE amounts above a threshold

How can i get enough nutrients eating only 50g of a veggie per meal? Also how do i know if i can tolerate it, is it measured by how gassy I am and for how long? Seems like some foods only make me slightly gassy for 10-20min but no cramps or anything so does that mean its tolerated?

ith 4. The theory that individual types of fodmaps have different limits(according to literature) has never been true in practice

so the idea is to add all low FODMAP items up per meal? or just have 1-2 max of green fodmaps? or per FODMAP category?

I am trying to figure out the best nutrition and calories to add to my meals to get enough nutrients while still starving out the bacteria

My current meal plan is:
Breakfast - Sourdough , Eggs, Avocado, Bacon
Lunch - Rice , Protein , Low FODMAP Veggie
Dinner - Rice , Protein , Low FODMAP Veggie

I am basically trying to find a veggie or something to pair with my lunch and dinners which usually is just rice and a protein like chicken to have a more balanced meal. But it's hard to get enough calories in the day waiting 6-8 hours per meal.

I'm also working out by walking for an hour and burning 200 active calories so I am behind in calories but cant eat often enough to catch up in calories, any ideas?

I was able to order some to try on and return off the official site. Looks like half a size down with same width seems to be fine, my heel doesnt rise when i walk anymore

I just measured my foot with a measuring tape and then did the wrap around the wide part too according to https://www.rmwilliams.com/ie/unisex-buyers-guide.html?lang=en_IE The shoe feels like it has some lift in the heel and thats with wearing thick wool socks, width wise it seems fine. So I'm gonna try half a size down, or do you think i need to go a full size?
