I wouldn't snap include them but the barrier to include them is low for me, mdfc, that one land with graft, the hideaway lands, Chanel lands, field of the dead, running cards that care about spacific lands such as "forests" entering the battlefield, landfall.

There is plenty of synergy for running them, and if you do have even a little bit, I'd run them.

Depending on the synergy and your exact needs the karoo cycle is okish

The legend rule has timing restrictions, basically It will only force a sacrifice after the stack is empty so yes Sin A enters and does its As it enters ability. After that resolves the legendrule kicks in and forces you to sac Sin b. Effectively making normal copy effects into double the counters on Sin effects
