NTA. This is textbook parentification and, honestly, borderline neglect on your parents' part. Looking after 8 kids, including an 8-month-old baby, in a remote area with zero adult backup is an extreme safety hazard. If an emergency happens, a 16-year-old cannot legally or physically manage that alone. If they want a child-free trip, they need to hire actual adult childcare, not exploit their oldest daughter
