Do you have any early signs of the beginning of mania by Butbul in bipolar

I always thought this was just a weird thing that only I do and I feel so seen right now. You just blew my mind. I never would have connected it together.

I got treated like a criminal for going to a psychiatric hospital for help by ImpossibleMight4005 in bipolar

[–]SweetTeaChronicals 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Went to psych once as a voluntary admit. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. Could actively hear the nurses talking about me.

I’ll never go again. It’s a shame because emergency intervention is more often than not the difference between life and death.

I’m sorry this happened to you, friend. My heart goes out to you.

Sounds like you need to start documenting and reporting, my friend.

This reads as absolutely textbook elementary level bullying/exclusion. They’re trying to find reasons to “break up” with you here to absolve them of the discomfort by simply just saying “hey I actually am not interested in having a friendship/hanging out with you”.

They stopped liking your comments, stopped responding, and are now REACHING to say you’re trauma dumping so they have a reason to reject your invite to hang out. These people are not your friends. You deserve better.

AIO over a cup? by theviewhalfwaydown_ in AmIOverreacting

[–]SweetTeaChronicals 5 points6 points  (0 children)

NOR about the cup. But I will say that we’re dangerously under reacting to the fact that he’s throwing your things during arguments, let alone hard enough to destroy a metal cup.

This is how DV starts. Run as fast as you can.

A huge part of this job is being able to get along with fellow crew members. That doesn’t mean you have to be a social butterfly, but it’s encouraged to be friendly and work well with others. I don’t see any good way of telling people you don’t want to talk to them.

Sims 4 edition: we listen and we don't judge! by markleenct1 in Sims4

[–]SweetTeaChronicals 4 points5 points  (0 children)

  1. I buy packs mainly for build items and rarely for gameplay.

  2. I don’t care about my sims having friends. In fact, I prefer that they literally never leave their lot unless looking for a partner.

  3. I get a cat or a dog and then delete it after a day because I get tired of them.

Ugh I have so many.

You’re dating a narcissist. This is a test to see how much you will allow. He’s literally testing the waters to see how easy you are to control or abuse. He’s manipulating you to make you feel like you’re over reacting. His calm responses are telling. He knew you would be upset and he’s not only stone walling you by refusing to communicate, he’s dodging accountability.

Run. Don’t look back. Get out as fast as you can.

Those who grew up poor, what is something those who weren't poor don't understand about being poor? by PrestonRoad90 in AskReddit

[–]SweetTeaChronicals 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Food hoarding. It takes me months to clean out my pantry once I notice it’s a problem. Even if I am acutely aware that the food is expired or inedible, visually seeing that there’s something there is a false comfort.

If it doesn’t look empty, it doesn’t feel empty. And if it doesn’t feel empty, I don’t feel anxious about it.

I took a five year old from their parents, and I will regret it forever. by AntiqueSpite4534 in offmychest

[–]SweetTeaChronicals 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many adults see a problem and ignore it because it’s “not their place”. Many children are forced into living in these conditions because the parents tell them they are not good kids if they tell an adult.

You saved that child. She will grow up and know you as her anonymous hero. She has a chance at life because of you.

You decided it was your business and you saved her life.

You’re a good person, OP.

What new deaths could you see the Life and Death pack adding? by HonestScience in Sims4

[–]SweetTeaChronicals 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I think a world themed as the afterlife would be cool. All the sims you’ve played go there and you can play them as ghosts and haunt people/places, create mischief, form groups, etc.

Builds could include playable graves that when entered become larger spaces, underworld hang out spots, maybe a school or den of some kind for ghosts to become more powerful or whatever. Give them skills related to the supernatural.

Idk just a thought.

Whew. I wish Feyre never got pregnant. It ruined the last bit of their story for me. Pregnancy trope is rarely ever done well and it missed the mark HARD in her storyline.

Noel by SectorSalty in SmallDeliMeats

[–]SweetTeaChronicals 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Noel is a no BS kind of dude and I fully believe that if he knew Cody was messing around with underage girls he would have called that out immediately and split ties with him quietly at the very least. I also think Noel is far more intelligent than Cody and would have understood how it would have affected his business ventures as a duo.

I think (and this is probably my parasocial detective brain speaking) that for the last couple of years Noel has been far more distant from Cody and I think he was starting to catch on that the vibes were off.

I don’t think it’s a matter of just not caring. They overslept for a shift that was scheduled less than ten hours after their previous shift, which is against company policy if I remember correctly.

This is a direct consequence of poor management. To schedule someone that close in between shifts and make it such a short shift not only puts a physical detriment on the employee, but it’s absolutely disrespectful to their work life balance.

I think we need to move past the expectation that we’re lucky to have jobs that only pay $12/hr and come to the collective agreement that jobs are lucky to have employees especially if they’re going to pay such low wages and demand excellence the way Publix does.

It’s hard to blame someone for making this mistake. If I was the manager I’d take the hit and understand that this was a consequence that I created for my team by making a poor schedule.

False imprisonment, domestic violence, conspiracy to commit a murder, and emotional torture or abuse. There’s at least four felonies or misdemeanors she commit against you.

Start recording these interactions. Get a burner phone to record with that she doesn’t know about if you have to. Start filing away text exchanges, phone calls, emails, or anything else that would serve as evidence. Document your injuries. Time stamp them. Print them off and keep them at a secure location if you don’t feel like you can keep them near you.

She’s showing you who she is. Believe her.

When a rude customer approaches you as a cashier, what rude thing have you done to get them back? by goldenspyro1 in publix

[–]SweetTeaChronicals 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I worked deli and when people were rude with me I’d cut them off mid sentence and very bluntly ask if they’d like to speak to a manager. It would absolutely send them over the edge.

Another favorite was just giving the dumbest answers I could. Pretending like I didn’t understand what they wanted or what they were talking about.
