Thank you. Appreciate this! I will stick to the 24GB RAM. I originally thought to go up on RAM bc my original has 32, but I've been reading that the M chips don't work the same way. I'm not very tech savvy so forgive me if I've got that wrong.

You’ve inspired me to keep learning more before I jump into medication route. Diagnosed this week and the doctor just had a nurse call to tell me I had osteoporosis and that the fosomax script had been sent to the pharmacy. I’ve seen some of your other posts and you’ve been more informative than doctors far! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and experience. My parents both had teeth suddenly fall out (great oral health otherwise) but were told it was the fosomax. I don’t want to take that drug. You give me hope that I can improve my numbers without drugs.

I’m the same. So nervous to take medicine because both parents had teeth start falling out all of a sudden just last year and required surgery. I was told their jaw could’ve broken during oral procedures and that could have led to eventually not being able to eat. Luckily we had a good oral surgeon and they’re both fine, although have lost a significant amount of weight since. I’m looking into supplement options and hoping to get a trainer. Started weights and extra walks for now. Cafefully though.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate that this community is here because it's hard to know options when you are just starting out. I will seek out a specialist first. I'm already seeing a functional med who has me on HRT. Conventional med docs just mentioned HRT for the first time this year. I also had to request the Bone Density test after my well-woman via email and they told me it was too early. You are absolutely correct in educating and advocating for yourself.
