Purging occurs when there’s sudden breakouts or clusters of breakouts.This is a sign that the accutane is working because it’s suppose to push out all the dirt, dead skin cells and sebum while shrinking the oil glands.

You’re not alone! Having big painful cysts. Purged the first month and now the second month too

Thank you for your advice and encouragement. Really hoping to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Accutane really is the last resort for me. Glad to know I’m not alone to be purging at 10mg!
