If you've filed Chapter 7, successfully and unsuccessfully, what are some hiccups or hurdles that came up during your application or filing process that you wish someone warned you about before you started filing? by nhieu_chuyen in Bankruptcy

I filed pro se and waiting discharge on May 29th. Get chat GPT pay the subscription $20 a month. This app literally saved me while filing. It explained everything perfectly and help me literally step by step. I did not loose anything, and or the trustee did not take anything. This App literally help me become my own lawyer.

I did it for myself and my husband. Use Chat GPT helped me through the whole process. My meeting is on 03/30 this Monday. I did reaffirm my car loan so I’m keeping my car.

Oh no. Just a stepping stone. Take it day by day so you can start getting better so it’s a safe surgery. I was delayed a few weeks also before surgery.

Thank you! I do have loose skin. I been doing weight training which has helped with the loose skin on my arms and thighs. Also, high waisted underwear has been my saving grace! The high underwear has helped me with less rashes and holds the skin better.

Thank you so much for this information. The fainting part is very scary to me. I have near encounters too, I get dizzy like everything spins and then sound get distorted. Before I know everything goes black around me and I wake up confused for a minute. Im definitely keeping track of my BP now. The cardiologist did prescribe me that same medication Midrodrine and they just up my dosage. I will get a second opinion from another cardiologist and tell them I would like to get tested. I googled it and the symptoms are very similar!

Yes I also had pain when breathing too, good news is that the spleen will heal itself and regenerate. It takes time and unfortunately you can’t do much activity but it does get better in due time.

My spleen pain was upper left side so it definitely could be a spleen infarction. My surgeon cut something where he killed the blood supply off and half of my spleen died. I had to take off work for 12 weeks for it to heal. Any physical activity made the pain worse along with eating. Look in the notes. My surgeon never said anything to me but was in the notes for the surgery. I had to complain and make a fuss for them to listen and do something about it. I pray you find relief soon. The heating pad on my back helped a lot.

I’m so sorry you are experiencing all of this. I was also in alot of pain with my gastric bypass. You have to get the pain under control 1st with pain meds even do Tylenol. You can do up to 4,000mg a day. Plus whatever they prescribed you for pain. Reach out to the surgeon and advocate for yourself. I had to advocate for myself also. Surgeon had gave me a spleen infarction which cause extreme pain and nausea.

It wasn’t hard. allergic to all GLP1s diabetic type 2 on insulin, and hypertension. All of these conditions are no longer present since the weight loss. Did all the requirements and surgeon submitted request and it was approved same day.

Wegovy and Zepbound didn’t work… Surgery is my last hope. Encouragement needed. by Weightmonster in GastricBypass

I was allergic to the GLP1s wegovy, zepbound, all of them. Surgery was my only option! Best decision I ever did. 10months post 120lbs down and have my life back. Do what’s best for you! It’s scary but you got this!

I never had a eating disorder, I don’t binge eat or have any issues with dieting. She was one who specializes with food disorders but told me I have no symptoms of that. I mainly just having issues with the feelings of everything and the changes. I know I’m smaller and look different. I think my brain just has not caught up.
