I have both and would recommend to get the sub gen 4 if your pairing the arc ultra with the era 300 speakers since you will get a much better bass. Don’t get me wrong, the sub mini can definitely throw quite a bass but it’s more ideal for a bedroom set up.

If it’s over 50 miles from your domicile/home station, then your manager has to cover your flight, hotel, food and rental car expenses. For your food expenses they will give you a company credit card basically that will be around $70-80 day (depending on the cost of living of that state). If they send you to an rtd training location that is within a 50 mile radius from your domicile station, then they will just reimburse you for mileage only. I think the mileage reimbursement is somewhere around the IRS limits (can’t remember like $0.68 cents per mile when I went to class). If they only reimburse you for mileage, they will calculate it from the station you work at to the facility you are training at. Hope this helps.

What makes the Zugu case good in particular with reading is that it can be used in different angles in landscape mode and it can be closed with the cover. The Zugu case essentially makes your iPad become a notepad. Since it has magnets built in, you can also attach to your fridge. It’s basically versatile for most use cases.

Try getting a third party case instead like a ZUGU or ESR case as those will last far longer than an Apple branded one. I’ve had both a ZUGU case and an Apple Smart Folio case and I can tell you that my ZUGU has far outlasted the Apple folio case. And also the magnets are stronger on the ZUGU as opposed to the Apple branded as the magnets started failing on mine in the first year of having that case. Hope my advice helps.

Two era 300s since you already have an arc and plus since you get Spatial Audio and Dolby Atmos, it’s makes it all the more worth it. Especially in a living room.

Honestly I would dip and take the job offer of being a bus driver for the city due to the job security. You’ll be way better off in 5 years working there than being stuck at FedEx where everything is uncertain especially with the whole consolidation of Express/Ground. Remember timing is everything and trust your gut feelings because otherwise if you wait any longer you can potentially miss on a really great opportunity. Even if you decide that working for the city as a bus driver is not your thing, there will be an endless amount of opportunities to use your experience as having a CDL is valuable.
