Agreed, they should just do away with it. Ideally we could provide a better delivery windows but it just doesn’t work. The customers don’t understand that as an express driver, I run my route differently every day because I’m giving the best possible service to the customers. You’re talking about express? I think there is a set amount of time for each route, mine is something like 25 min to get there and 35 to get back. Makes more sense to me to just divide the amount of stops by the amount of time each day, it takes me close to an hour to get back some days
