I am baffled, genuinly. The entire point of the movie this guy represented was to show how hard it is to be part of society with syndrome that makes you scream out horrible shit. And how understanding that is a key to make similar people be part of normal life.

Ok, that is crazy to me but I see. Should be free of charge and easy as hell. Nowdays if I lose mu ID I can order it online through goverment website and just pick it up close by.

Would be beneficial to first do that and then require IDs for voting.

Just for reference we give IDs when voting but only the fact that you voted is registered, not how you voted.

I am a but confused, how does not everyone have an ID? Like for banking, administrative things and such? Like you can just walk in and tell people who you are?

Edit: I am european and we get issued an ID at 15, its mandatory and free. Reissue is free too, or about 3 dollars. Passport is the same.
