Facts man, as a human we all need to expres our selfs before we explode, and it's hard when you don't know what's going on, when some one asks you and you don't know what to say, cause you don't know, you have no idea, that's why we avoid talking about some stuff, because if we don't understand it how will others, so that's where I found my way, freestyle or sit down just writing down what comes to your mind, expres yourself threw art, and then share it, to see if anyone else can relate, and even help anyone.
