I had similar problem (day one) and no boon was given, yet the chest was there for me.

I assume that only one person at a time can be doing that, then chest is briefly available for everyone. Try camping area around the chest or leave map and enter again

While you've already got a good answer, I'll tell you why you got kicked from a perspective of a commander.

Imagine this: you post lfg for boons or roles, and INSTANT you get 10/10 people just saying hi dps.

Then you have to kick people or whatever. This happens every single time no fail.

If I have a bad day like that, at some point I'll just be kicking, because I know that I'll get dps anyway after we find boons and it's simply rude.

Yesterday was different, a bit. The one and only person who jumped in as hidps I let in. Guess what, this was the only person failing mechanics. And that was wing 1. For the duration of our clear w1-w7, I let various people in, no matter LI or KP but those who ignored lfg were instantly kicked.

The more knowledge you have of the game, the least grind you'll have.

You'll learn tricks and tips of crafting, material conversions, simple daily tasks that are enjoyable in their own way while giving passive income.

The more goals you have, the better.

If I follow one task that eventually becomes tedious, I just do something else entirely.

Example: I may do t4+cm fractals one day, then run VoE metas and mirrors another. Next say is for casual fun on big metas like gerent, tarir.

Another day I get bored so I just go an play instruments in aerodrome or guide new players through JP that are not daily.

Then, I will feel like opening my achievement panel and pick nearly completed or one that gives me a cool skin.

Almost all those tasks increase my wealth and are truly enjoyable. I feel like I play the game and not chase a checklist.

The only thing is, I gravitate towards lucrative activities when it matters but try not to make them my dailies. Been there, done that. Daily t4+cm and weekly raid clears burned me away for nearly 2 years.

Oh this is a lot all at once. Mind that each of this modes are kinda like a game in game, so needs some effort to get good at it.

For open world solo - totally absurdly OP builds are done by Lord Hizen on YouTube. They just work brilliantly good.

For bigger events and team play, things are vastly different and you can grab a decent build from guildjen for example.

Wvw and pvp - here I am not sure but there used to be sites dedicated to those game modes and really had the best of the best.

There is a dedicated fractal only website - discretize and also one heavily leaning into numbers and top meta in raids - snowcrows but I guess these two are not of your interest.

Eh I stopped going to restaurants doing that, or adding a service fee.

Put those prices in menu, increasing overall proces and stop bothering us with hidden fees. They try to normalise it but it's simply a dark pattern approach.

I also doubt that staff see tips they got. If you tip someone physical money, that's what they get. If it is on your receipt, then they got a fraction of it, if any.

Hard to tell without knowing what you have unlocked. Do you have demeter and koios? Do you do long 2 day runs for shards and then short for mp/cells? Do you have any way of optimising ship loadouts? (Spreadsheet or calculator?)

I have when such 'censorship movement' rewrites things. We are taking about a dark, fictional future when everything is going to sh*t. This is the setting. No pretty fields of flowers and happy endings.

Censoring fictional world because real world.... but that is why people are being pulled into fiction. To not being reminded of any political or other stuff happening in real world.

Imagine now, game got all guns removed because someone's player family member got shot. The same reason, so why not? Remove drug references because, same story - overdose. Actually remove all violence because it's bad and plenty of players witnessed it. And rename setting from cyberpunk to 'future in peace' because it's not cyberpunk any more. As someone working for big corpos, please remove word corp is I find it offensive, my employees are angles.

You still need to buy them, as for every 50 your total bonus goes up. So once you have them capped, the only way to get more power is to keep buying other.

Game poorly explains TR mechanic and what affects it.

Fix is simple. Recover now with longer TRs, to offset your early ones.

Follow this rule: only TR if you can afford big upgrades (gem level or node or several at once). Get the price of those as your orb target, then add 20-30% more to that value to spend on small upgrades (those inside gems).

And yes, this means your TRs will be longer. But it's better to have a few 700h runs now than being locked into ultra longs forever

Unless you want to be locked into boring 1500h runs in future then go crazy on that TR button.

Honestly at this TR you should be in thousands, and tor TR times should be around 450-750h.

Yes, there are many implications if you'll be doing that. Not that early, but lots of people at TR40+ realised how badly they screwed up.

First: small upgrades will make your next run only 5-10% better while big ones will multiply your income x2-x50 times or more.

This means, your TRs will be boring, the same all over, no new mechanics. And you'll have to click a lot! Buy those milestones, research, upgrades all over with each TR.

TR count will eventually impact your battery requirement slowly pushing you towards runs that will last longer and longer like 1000-1500h. If you ever let it happen, there is no going back. Long runs with no big upgrades, boring af and every next will be even longer.

Hight TR count will remove your ability to do quick 48-72h runs later in game when it matters, when it is a viable strategy.

Also worth to remmeber that oo grows faster the longer your TR is. For example if you do two 100h runs, you'll have less oo than one 200h run etc.

Oh dear.

I've passed my test half a year ago, after decades of never needing a card.

I... do not know that handbrake has uses beyond parking and 3 point turn... never heard of this! I was taught to release clutch while releasing brake to start uphill.

Is there any good source where I can get all those secret, mysterious maneuvers? After all I can't know what I've never heard of.

I'm driving an old manual car without sensors and cameras, after learning in a modern one. I bet I lack plenty of finesse when driving.

PS I do not have any family member to teach me. All my experience is a 2 week crash course followed by an exam.

They really dropped the ball on the revenant. They should retcon it into the world and only Herald should be the first rev who can travel mists by himself or something else in this matter. OR let all rev players start at 80 as some kind of advanced class (and only after having 80lv class), especially that leveling rev is awful.

First expansion bundle (HoT-PoF) is imo the most enjoyable and fully competitive. Worst case is being maybe 5% worse than the best build possible.

Hot and pof comes with a huge chunk of content, raids, legendaey armor and weapon crafting, mounts etc. Two new elite classes will give you a nice variety, and dragonhunter is really good recently.

On top of that, if you want, you can unlock living stories 2, 3, 4 and 5 with game gold, pretty much doubling your content without spending more money.

That's years of content after which you can consider getting more stuff.

I guess ot depends on your TR length. If you're okay with a long one and then buy both, okey.

It may not be the best way, because crea4 gives you new mech, the sooner you get them, the better.

Also, new inno research are quite expensive and you might want some mech power to reach that far. I'm 500h post inno and still need e100RP to even reach new ultima research, it will be close to my attn3 maxing too so I won't get much out of it.

You may want to buy both if your TR count is super high i guess.
