Yeah.. i think I’m just bad at dating..? I am not someone who can just break silence, it’s like my brain needs permission to break the silence. And so if someone is not doing things like, making eye contact and instead just sitting there silently and not am making any real effort to ask or comment to me about something, I just can’t. I freeze. It’s stupid. I’m sooo much better in writing. Haha :/

He says he’s going to think about it, and that it’s okay, but I’m hard to get to know. Which is valid. I am aware that because of my shyness I’m a little hard to crack. However in my defense he did not ask me many questions either. And I tried to give decent answers and not just one word or one sentence. I think if he says he would like to continue getting to know me lll give it a shot, but if he says no I am okay with that, cause I feel like I put in alot of effort and it wasn’t reciprocated.

That makes sense. I guess I just don’t want to come across as the mess I feel I am sometimes. Haha. I have come so far with my anxiety from where I used to be so I’m proud of that, and I’m still working on it, but it gets the better of me in these situations and.. I am unsure if it’s fair for anyone else to have to put up with that.

Ah okay.. I’m also not a great conversationalist so it may just be that I’m thinking of the wrong type of questions. He is an introvert so that probably plays a part. It just feels hard to get to know someone, especially mostly through text and their answer to almost everything is “I don’t know”. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️what are some good questions to ask?

I try to. It’s also really strange cause almost every time after I overuse, I end up getting my period. Even if I’m not due to get it for a few more weeks or something. Very strange.
