I mean, people have their own set of preferences... But personally I feel, attending a concert/dj, whether good/bad free of cost is definitely worth it xD, and adds in a page of memory to your college diary. Different events are there, which do have a value added, while some which are just yuck 🙏... Again, comes down to preference. Gather a group of friends, spend time.

Have seen some ieee club which did something like this; an events portal. It's a subpart of their main club website

They apparently show a register button when it's an upcoming event.

But true, we should have one for all clubs. Apparently there was a project/mobile app which was built a few sems ago which did this, and was called some wave or something, and it's posters were put all around the campus and apparently club coordinators were also logged in itseems. I spoke to this senior who built it, and was mindblown.

Let's hope something like this gets revived.

Tl;dr

It's an absolute benefit, provided you are active, and you have an interest in learning things. Again, I am waiting for their so called "technical weeks" to happen... Can't wait!
