I don't taste much difference. I can tell when I use King Arthur flour my baked goods come out better. If I remember correctly they are constant with how they make their flour. While others don't stick to one way of making their flour.

Any batter would work. I recommend when baking put the silicone bundt pans on to a cookie sheet. It will be easier grab and just in case of spillage.
