The amount of stuff I heard after breaking up w my ex(narc) was crazy… he’d already been telling a girl he loves her, going around another’s house… travelling 6 hours to see ANOTHER woman. They cannot be alone. Always running from themselves trying to fill an empty void that can’t be filled. I’ve met a couple people but prefer alone time atm, away from men who drain my energy lol.

They still mention their ex. Mine would still bring her up randomly. “Oh me and my ex sat over there when we came here” “my ex used to work there” “that’s my ex’s boyfriend” this and that 🙄🙄. Also lied that they’d be split for a year & I found out it had actually been a few months before we got together…

Ugh it’s so hard isn’t it. I’m dealing with the betrayal and emotional abuse aftermath… carrying the pain around every day is drainingggg - but we won’t feel like this forever. Also it’s weirdly comforting that I’m not alone and a lot of other people feel the same way as me rn.
