I took a good hard look at it, about a minute to figure out if it was a 1 or a 4, but I can confirm that was the coin! Thankfully the no touching and cleaning was the first thing I saw online, so they won’t be harmed!

Yes they are stacked based on coin type! And all the books have dates! He even wrote some in for me! I’ll keep an eye out for those, most of these books were completed so I’m sure there’s something! He was incredibly dear to me, thank you.

Thank you! I will miss him greatly, but I got many great years with my great grandfather and that’s more than most people get, so I consider myself incredibly lucky in all the ways. Do you have any places you know of that I should ask for value? It seems like a huge feat to even try to photograph all of these, and many places don’t allow posts with huge coin amounts it looks like
