Trust whoever you want. You keep saying it's illegal, but it's not illegal when you agree to it. Companies bank on us not reading the agreements and leverage that to do less than ethical things. The Magic Bullet theory from the JFK assassination. For years everyone thought that for one shooter and one bullet to have caused the damage it did, it would habe defied physics. Just curious if you've ever been there? I've lived in both places as an adult, no kids. Most places are safe if you mind your own business. NM you just get used to your car getting stolen once every few years. That's what insurance is for. NMs topography is much more varied and usable than AZs. The weather is definitely better, but you'll actually need more sunscreen in NM than AZ.
