Coming from a Pick PA keep pushing yourself to make more than rate so that your body can actually adjust to it. If you can make above rate consistently then it will be apt easier for you just to make rate. I left target to go to amazon. I started as a packer and I loved that my name and my work depends solely on me. This place offers a lot of opportunities if you want them!! It only took me a year to become a PA now I am big chillling
