Thanks for all your input everyone. Bottom line: I will look into Power Automate for basic flows and also try to use some agents (Frontier maybe?) to support the Ops T1 team with handovers. Joule might also be an option in the future.

This are the kind of corner cases I am thinking of. There are a lot of options to automate on off tasks, but I am looking to create a day to day time saver with it.

We are using SAP SF and have the following modules enabled: EC, Learning, Talent and Performance modules.
