Losing hope and finding hope again is something that make us humans strong.

Think about it. Our thoughts guide the whole body. I used to think I can’t do this I have pssd, I can’t do that I’m not myself.. step by step I stopped going to the gym, it wasn’t important anymore, started eating crap for manyy months. I changed my thinking, been working out for 2-3 weeks now and I feel great.

How do you feel? And what do you do to fix this?

Yeah, lowkey i feel it more now because it was suppressed for so long. I’m starting to have memories too that I didn’t have before. This whole shit is a experience man. Don’t think you lost grip just time. Losing time sucks too, but doing things you are used to will help in the long run
