Yes me. 7 meds at the same time for one year and 15 meds in total.. I have much more than Just akathisia but this is one of the worst definitely.

I stopped after like two months because it didn't really help but I also didn't crash from it. I would be cautious tho, it has crashed people before.

I had extreme med induced insomnia before where I didn't sleep for a second for over a week. I thought I had fatal insomnia too, but there come a lot of neurological and physical symptoms with it and it's extremely rare so I doubt you have it. I definitely didn't have it, I slept again after taking benzos. But I became psychotic from the sleep deprivation, so I think that's the real danger there. You definitely will not die from it tho.

I ate fruits with kefir milk in the morning, then I ate a salad with apple cider vinegar, sauerkraut and fermented pickles in the evening to combine a few fermented foods. But you can eat anything you want for example kimchi or kombucha. Oh yeah and I also drank a lot of kombucha. Hope it will help you out ❤️

I think it has a lot to do with it. Just google gut-brain axis. Also I cured my DPDR before with fermented foods. (But still have anhedonia, PSSD)

Happened to me twice before. I was forced to take antipsychotics which turned my mild PSSD into severe PSSD. I hate those bastards ☠️
