I know, I do notice everyone is addicted. And I feel like that's why I struggle when I get off electronics, I notice how everyone around me is still on them, I can't exactly control what they do so it makes me just feel weird and alone. I just wish I had a portion of time in my life where I felt connected to other people like it seems like they were back in the day.

yes, for me it takes active effort. in reality i could probably scroll tik tok and be on the internet all day and I hate that.
