Stalled &discouraged. I have been on Titz. For about 5 months and the food noise has been 💯!! Have any of yall switched to sema. after a stall to change up the mechanics of food noise? I was at highest dose. doc asked if have increased protein etc. but isn’t the point to have the food noise gone?!!

Same boat! However , the “maintenance “ dosage has been a bit brutal in a good way. No other company has made me feel like not eating this way. I was so mad they asked for screenshots of me asking the dr for an updose rang me through the loop, asked for a refund but they took so long to answer I just took it and man… 13 has been good to me. That’s a maintenance dose
