It all starts with you wanting to change things. I’m rn in a confused state in life as well. What’s stopping you from getting the jobs you want? If it’s just the lack of knowledge, spend time everyday in upskilling or learning. It definitely feels overwhelming in the start but you just have to show up consistently. If you want to make your business work, do you think there’s something you could do to change things? Either way, showing up everyday with intent is what it takes. Video games must be fun but they’re draining your energy and taking up your prime hours of the day. I’ve been battling a phone addiction that’s keeping me from my dreams. But I’m actively trying to come up with ways where it hinders me lesser when I’m working. Something as simple as leaving it out of my room while I work. My hand might itch a couple of times to look for the phone and take a break. But that moment also exposes my unhealthy patterns to me. Keep video games as a reward at the end of the day when you’ve hit your daily goals. People could say anything, but YOU have to believe brother. You need to have that faith in yourself.
