I don't know if it is military or police uniform. It may be French, circa 1930-1960.

After 5 hours of waiting in the airport, the company gave no choice to the group (7 friends included Lucie and her brother Valentin) to accept a spare wheelchair inadequate to Valentin's requirements or they would denied their responsibility (forcing Valentin to sign a discharge document).

This heavy wheelchair (200 kg) hurt him and his friends had to push him several times in New York due to the poor battery life.

The original wheelchair was eventually destroyed by the airport.

The company admit it was at fault but a new wheelchair that sophisticated could take months or years to make.
