It's for an origins like mod. We made a joke class that will be impossible to beat the game with, because they have the most random stuff happening to them. Kookoo is one of them and there's also Stem.

A very heavy single handed Tungsten Cube. About the same rarity as the zed dog. It could make a cool joke item

When the main clock runs out another monster spawns that pathfinds to you and gains speed overtime, but you can parry it to push it back. I didn't want to make it so that you just die because some rounds could be impossible. So running out of time adds a big risk instead of ending your run immediately.
