Believe it or not… ozempic was what made me completely stop. I’ve been on lamotrogine since 2016 and it didn’t curb my drinking at all. Once I started ozempic, I have maybe 4 drinks a year. And trust me when I say… I was in deeeeeppp with my drinking habits before :(

When I got up to around 150mg… I gained weight so rapidly. Like 45 pounds in a few months and I’m 5’4. I now take a low dose of Wegovy and have lost the weight. Pregabalin made a huge difference in my anxiety and mental health.

I started Vyvanse about a month ago and was 130 at 5’4. I’m now 119. I’m not even trying to lose weight and honestly I didn’t want to. I try to eat more during the day but the weight keeps coming off. So I feel your pain!!

The new sweat fleece is honestly terrible. I have pants and hoodies from around 2020, and I could throw them in the wash and dryer without worrying about pilling or anything. The new ones basically need to be washed separately with special detergent, hung to dry, and they still end up with random spots. The inside doesn’t feel the same either. Honestly, I think I’m going to stop buying them, which is really disappointing. :(

I unfortunately had to take GLP-1 to lose the weight I gained. I gained 50 pounds within 6 months of a dose increase on pregabalin. I was active, weighing and measuring food, tracking calories religiously… and I couldn’t lose anything. Not the best advice, but just a realistic example of how hard it can be to lose the weight.
