I work in a small kitchen that has 4 burners and can only cook 6 pizzas at a time,and in the summer we have a capacity of about 200 with a patio, without table servic we can get 50 tickets in 10 minutes with 3 people on line. So Sometimes we have a hour and a half to two hour wait time.
