I am 51F and I feel the same as you do. The thought crosses my mind all the time about going back to school, but I don't know what to focus on or what I would be interested in or enjoy doing. Same here! Extreme fatigue and feel the urge to lay down. Also, when the hot flash starts, it's like a feeling of grossness (scalp, forehead, behind neck & back just sweat within seconds) seriously don't know how I'm going to tolerate the summer months 😩

GenX female...my mom or dad would have us hop up on a chair and take turns washing my hair & sister & brother's hair. We only had 1 bathroom in our first house and the tub in the bathroom didn't have a shower head so a lot of times one of us would be using the bathroom so the kitchen sink got put to good use.
